Coming soon to the App Store
An alarm that actually makes you take your meds.
PillSeal rings through silent and Do Not Disturb until you take your dose, then you seal it with a calm click. No more wondering whether you took it.
- Private by design
- Nothing leaves your device
- No account needed

A notification is too easy to swipe away.
Your hands are full, the banner slides in, you dismiss it without thinking. An hour later you genuinely cannot remember whether you took the dose, so you either skip it or risk doubling up. Most reminder apps stop at the notification. PillSeal does not.
One step, and the rest is automatic.

Add your medication
Tell PillSeal exactly what you take: the dose, the times, whether it needs food, and what the pill looks like. Once it knows, every reminder gets it right.

Reminders set themselves
PillSeal turns what you entered into a reminder for every dose, food checks included. You never set an alarm by hand.

Your day arrives ready
Open PillSeal and today is already laid out: what is due, what is next, what is done, each shown as the real pill.

The alarm
An alarm, not a notification.
Notifications are built to be dismissed. PillSeal uses a real iOS alarm, so it rings even when your iPhone is silenced or in Do Not Disturb. If you stop it without confirming the dose, it comes back until you take it. Keep skipping and it waits for you on the Today screen.
Dose time
A check-in, not a checkbox
Most apps want a tap. PillSeal gives you a moment: a calm few seconds while you take your dose, ending in a small affirmation that it happened. It's a gentle ritual, not a chore to clear.
Everything PillSeal does.
The alarm and the check-in are the heart of it. Around them sits your day at a glance, supply that counts itself down, and a quiet keepsake of every dose you sealed.

There is no account to create and no server to sync with. Your medications, your schedule, your dose history and every photo you seal stay on your device, in your control and in your own backups. PillSeal was built so that we could not see your data even if we wanted to.

Questions people ask.
Does the alarm really ring when my phone is on silent?
Yes. PillSeal uses a real iOS alarm rather than a notification, so it rings even when your iPhone is silenced or in a Focus mode such as Do Not Disturb. This is the same mechanism your normal wake-up alarm uses, which is why it cannot be muted away.
What happens if I ignore a dose alarm?
PillSeal brings it back. If you stop the alarm without confirming the dose, it rings again until you take it. If you keep skipping, the dose waits for you on the Today screen so you can still seal it later.
Does PillSeal use facial recognition?
No. The camera confirms that a person is present and bringing a hand up to take the dose. It does not identify who you are, it is not linked to any identity, and it never compares you against any database. All of this runs on your device and no photo is uploaded.
Where is my medication data stored?
Only on your iPhone. PillSeal has no accounts and no server, so your medications, schedules, dose history and sealed photos never leave your device except through your own iCloud or computer backups, which you control. We cannot see any of it.
What does PillSeal cost?
PillSeal Pro is $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, and both plans begin with a 3-day free trial so you can try the whole app first. Pricing is adjusted for your region. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
